The focus of this important project is to create an innovative 10-year update of the Comprehensive Plan that accurately evaluates current conditions and puts forth an organized strategy that Morgan County, Bostwick, Buckhead, and Rutledge can implement to make informed long-term planning decisions that enhance the quality of life of their citizens.
