The Morgan County Board of Commissioners is requesting competitive Sealed Proposals for Design Consultant services associated with the development of a new Parks & Recreational Community Center and Athletic Complex at 1811 Old Buckhead Road, Madison, GA 30650. Design Consultant Firms or Teams must include at a minimum; Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, & Fire Protection Engineering services. Morgan County has retained a Civil Engineering firm previously. Instructions for preparation and submission of a proposal are contained in the linked packet. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink.
